Shipping policy
All of our shipping is tracked. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT, This excludes weekend days and UK Bank Holidays.
Please note, any courier delays are fully beyond our control here at ZEY-B and may affect your order's arrival time over peak periods.
UK:
We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders in the UK and FREE Next day delivery on all orders over £80* in the UK. Please note, Next Day Delivery will only appear at checkout if this is available at the time of your purchase.
EU
We cover all duties and taxes for orders to EU countries.*
*excluding Norway and Switzerland.
MIDDLE EAST:
We cover all duties and taxes for orders shipping to Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
For any countries in the Middle East, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your own country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you, as we have no control over these charges.
